We are licensed residential builders with BC Housing and your new home will also have the 2-5-10 warranty through our warranty provider, Pacific Home Warranty.
Some of the tasks we’ll do for you:
Budgeting: pre-construction and updates throughout the project.
Planning: breaking down into steps the project and lining up all the trades and our own crew to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of price and timeline.
Scheduling: we use gant charts as a way to keep track of the many tasks to be done in specific order for your project.
Sourcing: buying all the materials for the project.
Construction: our crew of highly skilled carpenters will make sure your house is built to specs and using the best and up to date construction technologies available to us. Our sub-contractors are also chosen with the same approach where each detail is important and to treat our project as if it was their own house.
Communications: we will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on what happened and what’s to come. Being a small company with lots of ressources, it allows us the luxury of to give an impressive amount of attention to each project we have. We also use the best softwares in the business to keep track of the budget, schedules and all the documents. We strongly believe that being organized is the key to success and technologies are there to make it easier and more concise.
Warranty: at the end of your project we will do a final walk-through with you, make sure to explain all the details of your new home, provide you with all the documents needed to make you accustomed to it and we’ll than make sure you understand how the warranty on your new home works.
