How we came up with Line Contracting

Linear lines are the essence of modern architecture. At Line Contracting we have a love for modern architecture, real estate, design and the desire to offer a very high level of details in what we build. It’s with that in mind that Line Contracting was born. Based on our experience and skills we have worked on various projects on the North Shore and Vancouver. Our goal on each project is to build a strong relationship with our clients, to understand their needs, surpass them and deliver a finished product that will leave a positive stamp in the community it’s in and beyond.

We are specialized in major high-end modern renovations. Our project management skills are second to none as well as our construction crew. We take lots of pride in building spaces that you will call home and never take any client for granted. It’s a privilege to work on amazing projects like we do and give each one of them all the attention they deserve. From budgeting to scheduling, planning to invoicing, we keep our clients in the loop at every step of the project by creating a communication system that’s unique to our company. Transparency is key and it’s also the best way to gain everyone’s trust.
